When I'm scanning or printing only a full block is coming. It's not working properly. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, navigate to HP Drivers and Downloads page, identify your printer model and download and install the latest drivers and software available. If it doesn't help, turn the printer off, disconnect the power cable and reconnect it after 30 seconds. Then, turn the printer on and press and hold the Resume button for 10-20 seconds. After that, release the button and the printer settings will be restored to factory settings.
